Student Leadership and Student Representative Council (SRC)

A key feature of St Peter’s School’s success is the active involvement in students in the life of our school. Our student leaders are our role models, as role models, our School Captains, Vice Captains and House Captains act with care, courtesy, reliability, empathy and positivity.

The Student Representative Council (SRC) is our school leadership program offered to students in Levels Prep – Six. The students are selected at the start of the year, to represent their class.

They bring creative ideas and issues that affect students to each meeting, as a group we look at providing solutions or new opportunities in response to student requests. Students enjoy being part of the Student Representative Council as it enables them to have a voice, demonstrate leadership, as well as gain an understanding of how democratic decision making is achieved.
